I have lived in Cuxton since 1996 and my two children (now grown up) were raised in the village attending the local primary and secondary schools.
I have been a Local Government Officer for the last 13 years. Since my move to Cuxton I have been secretary of Beehive Playgroup and a school governor at Cuxton Junior School and Chapter and Meopham Secondary Schools.
I am currently Secretary of the Allotment Association and a member of Cuxton WI and really enjoy their monthly meetings.
I have been an independent Cuxton Parish Councillor for the last 3 years and I particularly enjoy playing an active part in organising the annual Big Lunch and Christmas Tree events in the village. I love village life and it is really important to me to include everybody – young, old and those in-between, in the future of our lovely village.
